45. הכנסת בעלי־חיים ומוצריהם
לא יכניס אדם לישראל בעלי חיים, מוצרים מן החי וכל טובין אשר יבואם מוסדר לפי פקודת מחלות בעלי חיים [נוסח חדש], התשמ״ה–1985 (להלן – הפקודה), משטחי עזה ויריחו אלא לפי היתר בכתב שנתן מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים או מי שהוא הסמיך והוראות הפקודה והתקנות שהותקנו לפיה יחולו על כניסה כאמור, בשינויים המחוייבים, כאילו היתה יבוא.
