Section 6 of חוק יישום חוזה השלום בין מדינת ישראל לבין הממלכה הירדנית ההאשמית, התשנ״ה–1995, אי־תחולה.
6. אי־תחולה
(א)על אף האמור בחוק נכסי נפקדים, התש״י–1950, החל ביום ז׳ בכסלו התשנ״ה (10 בנובמבר 1994), לא יהא נכס לנכס נפקד בשל כך בלבד שבעל זכות בו היה אזרח או נתין של ירדן, או נמצא בירדן לאחר המועד האמור.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף קטן (א) כדי לשנות את מעמדו של נכס שהיה לנכס נפקד לפי החוק האמור לפני המועד הנקוב בסעיף קטן (א).
