14. איסור מכירה בניגוד לרישום
לא ימכור בעל תעודת רישום חומר ריבוי מהונדס או אורגניזם מהונדס שהרכבו הגנטי אינו זהה למעשה (Practically identical) עם הדוגמאות שהוגשו לבדיקה בעת הרישום או שאינו מתאים לפרטים שרשם בבקשה ושהיוו בסיס לקבלת תעודת הרישום.
