עם הגשת בקשה להיתר לניסוי שייערך במקומות שלהלן, תשולם אגרה בסכומים אלה:
(1)במיתקן כליאה – 184 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 2005; החל מיולי 2026, 270 ש״ח);
(2)בשדה – 368 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 2005; החל מיולי 2026, 540 ש״ח);
(3)במעבדה – 296 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 2005; החל מיולי 2026, 433 ש״ח).
