3. סמכות מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים לתקן התוספות
[2(3)]
(א)ראה מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים כי טובת הציבור מחייבת לעשות כן בדחיפות, רשאי הוא, בצו שיפורסם ברשומות, להוסיף לתוספות הראשונה והשניה או לגרוע מהן, בעל חיים או מחלה, לפי הענין.
(ב)תקפו של צו כאמור יפקע בתום עשרה ימים מיום שפורסם ברשומות, אולם רשאי שר החקלאות, בטרם חלפה התקופה האמורה, לבטל או לשנות, בצו שיפורסם ברשומות, כל צו כאמור של מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים.
