17א. ביטול רישיון ספק שירות חיוני בשל אי־ביצוע תשלום
תיקון: תשס״ט
נוכחה הרשות כי בעל רישיון ספק שירות חיוני לא ביצע תשלום המגיע ממנו לבעל רישיון אחר, תבטל הרשות את רישיונו של אותו בעל רישיון ספק שירות חיוני, לאחר שהתרתה בו; בסעיף זה, ”תשלום“ – תשלום הנדרש מבעל רישיון ספק שירות חיוני לפי חוק זה או לפי תנאי רישיונו.
