24. ישיבות הרשות
ישיבות הרשות יתקיימו לפחות אחת לחודש; הרשות תקיים ישיבה מיוחדת אם דרשו זאת לפחות שניים מחבריה; הישיבה תתקיים תוך שבעה ימים מיום הדרישה, זולת אם בנסיבות הענין נדרש לקיימה תוך זמן קצר יותר; בישיבה תדון הרשות בנושאים המפורטים בדרישה.
