34. חובות רישום חשבונאי
הרשות רשאית לקבוע חובות בדבר רישום חשבונאי ודיווח לציבור שיחולו על בעל רשיון ספק שירות חיוני, בנוסף לחובות המוטלות עליו לפי כל דין; החובות יכול שיכללו הוראות בדבר פירוט הדינים והחשבונות שיפרסם בעל רשיון ספק שירות חיוני, ומועדי פרסומם.
