37. שמיעת עמדות ארגוני הצרכנים
תיקון: תשס״ג
לצורך מילוי תפקידיה לפי חוק זה –
(1)הרשות תאפשר לנציגי ארגוני צרכנים להביא בפניה הצעות ועמדות, לענין קביעת התעריפים ואמות המידה, בדרך שיקבע השר, בהתייעצות עם שר האוצר, לפי הצעת הרשות;
(2)הרשות תבדוק תלונות של צרכנים ותחליט בהן.
