53. השחתת מיתקן חשמל
המשחית מיתקן חשמל, למעט מיתקן לשימוש פרטי, או כל חלק מרשת חשמל, הגורם לו נזק או המסלק אותו ממקומו או הפוגע בתחנת כוח שלא כדין, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים.
