Section 2 of תקנות העמותות (גמול ליושב ראש ועד, לחבר ועד ולחבר ועדת ביקורת בעמותה), התשס״ט–2009, גמול מרבי.
2. גמול מרבי
(א)עמותה רשאית לקבוע, בכפוף לכל דין ובהתאם להוראות תקנות אלה, כי ישולם ליושב ראש הוועד, לחבר ועד או לחבר ועדת ביקורת בעמותה, גמול והחזר הוצאות; סך כל הגמול והחזר ההוצאות שתשלם עמותה ליושב ראש הוועד, לחבר ועד או לחבר ועדת ביקורת בעמותה, לא יעלה על הקבוע בתקנות אלה.
(ב)יושב ראש ועד, חבר ועד או חבר ועדת ביקורת לא זכאי לתמורה נוספת כלשהי מהעמותה על הגמול או החזר ההוצאות לפי תקנות אלה.
