11. אחראי לקביעת התאמות
(א)מוסד ימנה אדם מקרב עובדי המוסד שיקבע, בהתאם לאמור בתקנה 12, התאמות אישיות לתלמיד.
(ב)מוסד ימנה לאחראי התאמות, אדם מתאים מבחינת כישורים וככל האפשר יהיה האחראי אדם עם מוגבלות; ניתן למנות לאחראי מי שהוא עובד מרכז התמיכה.
(ג)אין באמור בתקנה זו כדי למנוע מהמוסד למנות ועדה כאחראי התאמות.
