1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הודעה“ – הודעה לפי תקנה 2(ג);
”חוק סדר הדין הפלילי“ – חוק סדר הדין הפלילי [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ב–1982;
”חקירת חשוד“ – גביית הודעה מחשוד בחקירה או עימות שנערך לחשוד שתועדו בתיעוד חזותי או קולי לפי החוק;
”תובע“ – תובע כמשמעותו בסעיף 12(א)(1)(א) או (2) לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי;
”תמלול“ – הקלדת מידע שמיעתי בשפת הדובר והצגתו בכתב;
”תמליל“ – תוצר התמלול.
