12. עונש
תיקון: תש״ח־2
כל שאינו מקיים את הוראות הפקודה הזאת או כל תקנה שתותקן על פיה, או הוראות של כל צו או הוראה שניתנו בהלכה עפ״י פקודה זו, או כל תקנה שתותקן על פיה, יהא צפוי, בצאתו חייב בדינו, לעונש מאסר לתקופה של לא יותר מששה חדשים או לקנס שלא יעלה על מאה לירות, או לשני העונשים כאחד.
