13. הגבלת פעולות הדיג ע״י קביעת תור וכו׳
תיקון: 1942
ממונה על מחוז [במקור: מושל מחוז] ופקיד הדיג הראשי רשאים יחדיו, במודעה שתפורסם בכל עת שהיא, לצמצם את פעולות הדיג של כל דיג או דיגים בעלי רשיון (למרות כל דבר האמור ברשיון הדיג שלו או שלהם או למרות כל תנאים המצורפים לרשיון) לעתים קבועות או למקומות קבועים וכן (או) לשיטות קבועות, אם ע״י קביעת תור לדיג ואם באופן אחר.
