(א)הנוסח שולב בחוק הפרשנות, התשמ״א–1981.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף 1 לחוק הפרשנות, התשמ״א–1981, תחול ההגדרה של מימי חופין כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) גם על חיקוקים והוראות מינהל שניתנו לפני תחילת החוק האמור.
