2. חלק מן הים של המדינה – מהו
תיקון: תש״ן
כל מקום בדין שנאמר בו, כי חלק מן הים הפתוח שעל חופי המדינה נכלל בתחומיה או חל עליו דין פלוני או סמכות לפי דין פלוני, ותחומו של אותו חלק לא נקבע או שנקבע במרחק שהוא פחות משנים עשר מילים ימיים מנקודת השפל או מנקודה אחרת שבחוף – יהיה תחומו שנים עשר מילים ימיים כאמור.
