11. ועדה למתן היתרים ופטורים
תיקון: תשס״ב
שר המשפטים יקים ועדה של שלושה למתן היתרים או פטורים לפי חוק זה (להלן – הועדה); בראשה יעמוד שופט של בית משפט מחוזי, אחד מחבריה יהיה אדם שלא מבין העובדים בשירות הציבור (להלן – נציג הציבור), והשלישי יהיה עובד בשירות הציבור.
