6. הגבלות בפרישה משירות בחוץ־לארץ
מי שמילא תפקיד בשירות הציבור בחוץ־לארץ, לא יעשה, ללא היתר לפי חוק זה, אחד הדברים המנויים להלן בארצות שבהן מילא את תפקידו תוך שנתיים לפני שגמר אותו, אלא אם עברו שנתיים לאחר שגמר אותו, והם:
(1)קבלת משרה, תפקיד או עבודה כשכיר, או שלא כשכיר אלא בדרך של התקשרות לתקופה מסויימת או בלתי מוגבלת מראש;
(2)רכישת זכות בעסק או קבלתה בדרך אחרת.
