13. תקנות
תיקון: תש״ח, י״פ תשי״ג
רשאים שר המסחר והתעשיה או שר האוצר להתקין תקנות בענין –
(א)אופן הגשת בקשות לרשיונות, ונתינתם, צורתם ותנאיהם של רשיונות עפ״י פקודה זו;
(ב)הספרים והפנקסים שינוהלו והדו״חות שיוגשו ע״י בעלי רשיונות.
(ג)הסדרת המקומות המורשים לייצור מלט, הפיקוח עליהם והנהלתם;
(ד)שיטת גבייתו של מס הבלו [במקור: מס האקסייז];
(ה)מכירת מלט שנוצר בארץ;
(ו)המקומות שדרכם מותר להביא מלט לארץ;
(ז)כל ענין אחר הדרוש הסדרה עפ״י פקודה זו.
