תיקון: תש״ח, י״פ תשי״ג
מס בלו [במקור: מס אקסייז], באותו שיעור שיהיו שר המסחר והתעשיה או שר האוצר רשאים לקבעו בצו, ישולם על כל מלט המיוצר בארץ, פרט למלט המוצא לחו״ל ישר ע״י היצרן.
