6. רשיון להבאת מלט מחו״ל
(1)אסור לשום אדם להביא מלט לארץ אלא אם כן קבל מרשות המכס רשיון להביאו.
(2)אין להביא מלט לארץ אלא דרך מקומות־כניסה קבועים.
(3)מס המכס שישולם על היבוא יהא בשיעורים הקבועים עפ״י פקודת תעריף המכס והפיטורין, 1937, או עפ״י כל פקודה אחרת הקובעת מסי מכס.
