מקומות כניסה קבועים דרכם מותר להביא מלט הם:
(1)בדרך הים – נמלי חיפה, אילת ואשדוד;
(2)בדרך האויר – נמל תעופה לוד [כיום: נמל תעופה בן גוריון].
