35. מקורות תקציביים
(א)תקציב האיגוד ימומן מאוצר המדינה, ממכסות שיוטלו לפי סעיף 36 וממקורות מימון נוספים לפי חוק זה.
(ב)השתתפות המדינה בתקציב האיגוד תיקבע בתחום פעולה נפרד בחוק תקציב שנתי; בסעיף זה, ”תחום פעולה“ – כהגדרתו בחוק תקציב שנתי כמשמעותו בחוק יסודות התקציב, התשמ״ה–1985.
(ג)לצורך ביצוע תפקידיו רשאי האיגוד לקבל הכנסות נוספות, לרבות תרומות, עיזבונות ומענקים, והכל בהתאם להנחיות השר.
