אין בהוראות חוק זה כדי לגרוע –
(1)מהוראות לפי חוק המים וממעמד הכנרת לפי כל דין;
(2)מהסמכויות הנתונות לגורם מוסמך לפי כל דין, אלא אם כן נאמר במפורש אחרת בחוק זה.
