תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)מליאת רשות ניקוז תמנה מנהל כללי לניהול השוטף של ענייניה.
(ב)השר יקבע בצו את דרך מינויו של מנהל כללי לרשות ניקוז, תקופת כהונתו והתנאים לסיום כהונתו.
