1א. הממונה
תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)השר ימנה, מקרב עובדי משרדו, אדם בעל ידע וכישורים מתאימים בתחום הניקוז וההגנה מפני שיטפונות לממונה לעניין חוק זה; לממונה יהיו נתונים התפקידים והסמכויות לפי חוק זה.
(ב)הודעה על מינוי הממונה לפי סעיף קטן (א) תפורסם ברשומות.
