22. מקומות קדושים והיסטוריים
תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)היה ביצועה של תכנית פוגע במקום קדוש כמשמעותו בדבר־המלך־במועצה על א״י (המקומות הקדושים), 1924, לא יאשר אותה השר אלא בהסכמת שר הדתות.
(ב)היה ביצועה של תכנית פוגע באתר היסטורי, כמשמעותו בפקודת העתיקות, לא יאשר אותה השר אלא בהסכמת שר החינוך והתרבות.
