25. הצעת שינוי בתכנית ניקוז
תיקון: תשכ״א, תשס״ו, תשפ״ב
(א)רשות הניקוז רשאית להביא שינויים בתוכנית מפעל ניקוז שאושרה.
(ב)דין החלטה בדבר שינויים בתכנית כדין החלטה על תכנית, לענין הסעיפים 19 עד 23.
(ג)סעיף קטן (ב) אינו חל על שינוי בתכנית שאין בו כדי לפגוע בזכויות.
