28. הסמכות למתן היתרים לפי חיקוקים אחרים
תיקון: תשפ״ב
היתה פעולה מהפעולות המנויות בסעיף 27 טעונה היתר, רשיון או פטור על פי כל חיקוק, רשאים גם השר והשר הממונה על ביצועו של אותו חיקוק ביחד לתת את ההיתר, הרשיון או הפטור.
