2ב. גמול והחזר הוצאות לחברי מועצת הניקוז
תיקון: תשפ״ב
חבר מועצת הניקוז שאינו עובד המדינה, עובד גוף מתוקצב או עובד גוף נתמך, יהיה זכאי לתשלום מאת המשרד בעד השתתפות בישיבות המועצה, בהתאם להוראות החשב הכללי במשרד האוצר החלות לעניין חברי ועדות ציבוריות; בסעיף זה, ”עובד מדינה“, ”עובד גוף מתוקצב“ ו”עובד גוף נתמך“ – כהגדרתם בסעיף 32 לחוק יסודות התקציב, התשמ״ה–1985.
