32. ביצוע עבודות זמניות
(א)ביצעה רשות הניקוז במקרקעין שאינם מיועדים לתפיסה צמיתה, עבודות חפירה או כל עבודה אחרת, בתחום סמכויותיה, תחזיר את המקרקעין בהקדם לאותו מצב, ככל האפשר, שבו היו לפני כן.
(ב)לא קיימה רשות הניקוז את המוטל עליה לפי סעיף קטן (א), רשאי בעל המקרקעין או התופס בהם בזכות לאחר שהתרה ברשות הניקוז בכתב לעשות זאת ולתבוע את החזרת ההוצאות מרשות הניקוז.
