59. מסירת הודעות
תיקון: תשכ״א, תשס״ו, תשפ״ב
מסירת הודעה או מסמך אחר על ידי הממונה או רשות הניקוז או ועדה מועדותיה, לפי חוק זה או לפי התקנות על פיו, תהא מסירה כדין, אם נשלחו בדואר רשום לאדם שלו נועדו לפי מען מקום מגוריו הרגיל או האחרון או מקום עסקיו הרגיל או האחרון.
