תיקון: תשכ״א, תשפ״ב
השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצועו, לרבות כללים בדבר חישוב הפיצויים לפי חוק זה, שסעיף 34א אינו חל עליהם, ולרבות הטלת אגרות בעד רשיונות והיתרים המוצאים בהתאם לחוק זה.
