17. הגדרות – פרק ז׳
בפרק זה –
”עבירה“ – עבירה לפי סעיפים 13 עד 15;
”רכוש הקשור לעבירה“ – רכוש שמתקיים בו אחד מאלה:
(1)נעברה בו עבירה או שהוא שימש לביצוע עבירה, קידם ביצוע עבירה או סייע או יועד לביצוע עבירה;
(2)הוא הושג כשכר או כתגמול בעד ביצוע עבירה, יועד להיות שכר או תגמול בעד ביצועה או הושג כתוצאה מביצועה, והכול במישרין או בעקיפין.
