115. דיון בבקשת נושה
(א)דיון בבקשת נושה ובהתנגדויות שהוגשו לה יתקיים בהקדם האפשרי.
(ב)בית המשפט רשאי, מיוזמתו או לבקשת הנושה או הממונה, להזמין את היחיד להעיד ולדרוש שיציג מסמכים לפני בית המשפט.
(ג)בית המשפט ייתן את החלטתו בבקשת נושה בהקדם האפשרי לאחר הדיון בבקשה ובהתנגדויות לה.
