131. הקניית סמכויות היחיד בנכסי קופת הנשייה לנאמן
הנאמן מוסמך לשם מילוי תפקידו לבצע כל פעולה בנכסי קופת הנשייה שהיחיד היה רשאי לעשותה, וממועד מינויו של הנאמן היחיד אינו מוסמך לבצע פעולות כאמור, אלא באישור מראש מאת הנאמן; אישור כאמור יכול שיינתן מראש לסוג מסוים של פעולות.
