146. דרישת מידע בידי הנאמן
לשם בדיקת המצב הכלכלי של היחיד ובמידה הנדרשת לשם כך, רשאי הנאמן לדרוש מכל גורם המנוי בסעיף 104(ב)(3) שברשותו מידע על היחיד כאמור באותו סעיף, למסור לידיו את המידע.
