15. חיוב בשל הגשת בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים בחוסר תום לב
שוכנע בית המשפט כי בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים הוגשה בחוסר תום לב, רשאי הוא לחייב את מגיש הבקשה, במסגרת פסיקת ההוצאות, בהוצאות משפט או בכפל הוצאות משפט, בהוצאות לטובת אוצר המדינה או בשתיהן.
