17. תיקון בקשת התאגיד לצו לפתיחת הליכים וחזרה ממנה
ביקש התאגיד בבקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים להורות על הפעלתו, כאמור בסעיף 8, וסבר בית המשפט כי אין במתווה הראשוני לשיקומו הכלכלי של התאגיד שהוגש כדי להוות בסיס כלכלי מספק למתן צו לפתיחת הליכים המורה על הפעלת התאגיד, יאפשר לתאגיד לתקן את המתווה הראשוני שהגיש או לחזור בו מבקשתו לצו, בתוך התקופה שיורה.
