192. הסדר תשלומים מוסכם
גיבש נציג הרשם, בישיבה שזומנה לפי סעיף 191, הסדר תשלומים שהסכימו לו היחיד וכל הנושים שהם צד להסדר, יחייב ההסדר את היחיד ואת אותם נושים, ורשם ההוצאה לפועל יורה על השהיית הליכי הוצאה לפועל או סגירת תיקי ההוצאה לפועל, לעניין חובות היחיד שלגביהם חל ההסדר, והכול בהתאם להוראות ההסדר.
