כל בעל עניין בהליך חדלות פירעון רשאי לעיין בתביעות החוב שהגישו נושים ובהכרעות הנאמן לגביהן; הממונה רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין זכות העיון לפי סעיף זה.
