225. הודעה על נכסים ומסמכים של החייב
נושה שבידו נכס או מסמך שלחייב זכות בו הנוגע להליכי חדלות הפירעון ונודע לו על מתן צו לפתיחת הליכים לגבי החייב, יודיע לנאמן, בתוך 21 ימים מהמועד שבו נודע לו על מתן הצו, על קיומו של הנכס או המסמך כאמור, ויפעל בהתאם להוראות הנאמן; השר רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין הודעה לפי סעיף זה, ובכלל זה לעניין אופן מסירתה.
