228. משיכת כספים מקופת גמל
משיכת כספים המגיעים לחייב שהוא יחיד מקופת גמל כהגדרתה בחוק הפיקוח על שירותים פיננסיים (קופות גמל), התשס״ה–2005, טעונה אישור של בית המשפט; בית המשפט רשאי להורות על משיכת הכספים האמורים, כולם או חלקם, למעט כספים המיועדים למטרת קצבה שטרם הגיע המועד לתשלומם כקצבה.
