242. זכות החייב ליתרה
נותרו נכסים בקופת הנשייה לאחר פירעון מלוא החובות לנושים והוצאות הליכי חדלות הפירעון, תועבר היתרה לפי הוראות אלה:
(1)בהליכי חדלות פירעון של יחיד – ליחיד;
(2)בהליכי חדלות פירעון של תאגיד – לחברי התאגיד.
