274. חקירה בדבר התנהלות נאמן
(א)היה לממונה חשש כי נאמן אינו ממלא כראוי את תפקידו, יחקור הממונה בדבר, ידווח על כך לבית המשפט וימליץ לבית המשפט על הדרך שראוי לנקוט.
(ב)חייב שהוא יחיד או נושה רשאים לפנות לממונה בבקשה כי יערוך חקירה לפי סעיף זה.
