277. סיוע לממונה בביצוע תפקידו
(א)נאמן יסייע לממונה ככל הדרוש לביצוע תפקידיו להפעלת סמכויותיו.
(ב)החייב יסייע לממונה וישתף עמו פעולה ככל הדרוש לביצוע תפקידיו להפעלת סמכויותיו.
