280. איחוד הליכים לפי חוק זה של תאגיד ושל יחיד
בית המשפט הדן בהליכים לפי חוק זה של תאגיד מוסמך לצרף להליכים אלה הליכים לפי חוק זה של יחיד שהוא חבר התאגיד, נושא משרה בו או ערב לחובות התאגיד, המתנהלים בבית משפט אחר, אם מצא כי הדבר יביא לייעול ההליכים, והוא מוסמך לעשות כן גם אם הוגשה בקשה כאמור בעת פתיחת ההליכים לגבי התאגיד.
