291. בירור בדבר ניהול במרמה של נושאי משרה
התעורר במהלך ניהול הליכי חדלות הפירעון חשד בדבר ניהול התאגיד במרמה בידי נושאי המשרה בו בתקופה שקדמה למתן הצו לפתיחת הליכים, רשאי בית המשפט להורות לממונה או לנאמן לברר את הדבר ולהגיש את ממצאיו לבית המשפט.
