303. תוצאות ההכרה בהליך זר משני
הכיר בית המשפט בהליך זר משני, רשאי הוא, לבקשת בעל התפקיד הזר, לתת כל סעד כאמור בסעיף 302, אם שוכנע כי הסעד נדרש לגבי נכס שראוי לנהלו במסגרת ההליך הזר המשני או לגבי מידע הדרוש לאותו הליך, וכי הסעד נדרש לשם הגנה על הנושים או שמירה על ערכם של נכסי החייב.
